NBB-Psy (NHB-Psy in Dutch) is a program of the Netherlands Brain Bank. Its aim is to establish a resource of brain tissue of 7 major psychiatric disorders: Major depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, Autism spectrum disorder, Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

At the AMC, it is our mission to help develop a qualitatively unique donor program to extend the number of post-mortem brains of extensively phenotyped patients with a PTSD diagnosis . This resource will be made available to the national and international research community via de application procedures of the NBB.
