Information about the course Career Development.
Goal
This course is targeted at AMC/AMR employees who want to reflect on their career.
Format
This course runs on two consecutive days and one additional half day meeting, two weeks later, plus 3 hours of preparation. The course is given by a career coach.
Content
All participants will be invited to explore their personal ambitions and opportunities in shaping their own professional career. Participants will be asked to answer questions such as:
- ‘What are my qualities?’
- ‘What are my weak and strong points?’
- ‘What drives me in my activities?’
- ‘What do I seek in my professional life?’
Target Audience
All employees of the AMC or AMR BV.
Language
The course is given in Dutch. (Please find an English option below)
Certificate
A certificate is issued. Attendance is registered.
Study load
23 hours which is comparable to 0.8 ECTS points.
Number of participants
Maximum 8 per course.
Costs
No charge for AMC and AMR employees (AMR refunds 400 euro).
