Goal:

In this course participants will learn the basics of EndNote such as:

  • How to import references.
  • How to manage a database.
  • Attach & import pdf's.
  • Work with groups.
  • Remove duplicates.
  • Insert citations in a Word document and generate a bibliography.

Format:

The course runs seven times a year. The course takes 2 to 2.5 hours.

Content:

Working with an Endnote manual, with in between plenary sessions providing additional information.

Recommended follow up courses:
Searching for a Systematic Review and/or PsycInfo via Ovid.

Compulsary experience:

Working by an EndNote manual with in between plenary sessions providing additional information.

      AMC PhD candidates.

      Certificate:

      A participation certificate is issued. Attendance is registered.

      Study load:

      2.5 hours, which is comparable to 0.1 ECTS points.

      Number of participants:

      Maximum 8 per course.

      Costs:

      No charge for registered AMC PhD candidates.
