Could you use some help to get the best out of yourself during these times? Participate in one of the coaching sessions or workshops during UvA Health Week 2021 (12-17 April). Follow a lecture on sleep or stress, start your day with a meditation, or blow off some steam during a sports class. The programme is completely free and you can now register for activities.
