Since February 2018, I have started my PhD at the research team Professional Performance in the AMC. In my PhD research I will focus on the relationship between the post-graduate medical training and the quality of patient care. The ultimate goal of my research is to contribute to a supportive learning climate of the postgraduate medical education and high quality patient care.
