Lower-extremity orthotics and exercise testing in chronic disabling conditions
Focus of research

Focus of research is on lower extremity orthotic interventions to preserve and improve walking in patients with chronic disabling conditions. Other research areas focus on aerobic exercise testing and training in chronic disabling conditions.

Main target groups are slowly progressive neuromuscular disorders (specifically poliomyelitis and post-polio syndrome) and cerebral palsy.
