The Coronel Institute of Occupational Health is the Netherlands’ largest university department in the field of Occupational Health. Subjects of research include the prevention, etiology, assessment and treatment/supervision of diseases that are related to work in one way or another.
- Occupational factors are partly responsible for the development, stimulation or maintenance of the disease, or
- work participation is influenced by the functional consequences of the disease.
