Coronel Institute of Occupational Health (research)

The Coronel Institute of Occupational Health is the Netherlands’ largest university department in the field of Occupational Health. Subjects of research include the prevention, etiology, assessment and treatment/supervision of diseases that are related to work in one way or another.

  1. Occupational factors are partly responsible for the development, stimulation or maintenance of the disease, or
  2. work participation is influenced by the functional consequences of the disease.

The department’s lines of research are linked to Principal Investigators (PIs).
