We have multiple ongoing research projects centered around Optical Coherence Tomography to image and characterize tissue at micrometer scales. The bachelor and master's projects vary from physics to engineering to clinical measurements. Some assignments focus on physical descriptions of signals, some on developing novel instrumentation in the laboratory or for clinical use; others apply OCT in the clinic and/or focus on the analysis of the resulting images and data.
