Image-guided adaptive radiotherapy

Fiducial markers

MRI, CT and cone-beam CT imaging

Gastric cancer

Motion of target and organs during radiotherapy

The stomach is a highly mobile and deformable organ. In collaboration with the Dept. of Radiotherapy at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI-AVL), we aim to develop and implement CBCT-guided and MR-guided adaptive radiotherapy for patients with gastric cancer, thus improving the treatment for this patient group.
