Hospital-ADL study: we aim to unravel the mechanism behind hospitalization-associated disability. A multicenter observational prospective cohort study.
Depthip study: a multicenter randomized controlled trial to investigate whether the use of a fascia iliaca compartment block (FICB) applied in the Emergency Department decreases the incidence of delirium in elderly patients (55 years and older) with hip fracture. Secondary parameters are efficiency in pain treatment, and functional and cognitive outcomes.
