For every metabolomics, lipidomics or fluxomics analysis the CFM needs sufficient information regarding the experimental setup, sample type, comparisons for statistical analysis and more. On this page the instructions and requirements per analysis is described. Before filling the analysis forms please contact our CFM manager.

- Send the completely filled Metabolomics_lipidomics Excel template to metabolomics@amsterdamumc.nl
Fluxomics requirements
- Fluxomics is a more "tailor made" analysis than metabolomics and lipidomics analysis. Therefore, before fluxomics analysis, please contact our CFM manager to discuss the possibilities.
