2014: Medical Director Bergman IZA, formerly “Procolo”, center of expertise for colonoscopy. In close collaboration with AMC. 

Research programmes

Prof. PhD E. Dekker (Colorectal polyps & cancer research group of the Dept of Gastroenterology)

Prof. Dekker leads a research-group that focuses on colorectal cancer screening, familial risk for CRC and polyps, quality of colonoscopy, advanced colonoscopic imaging techniques  and polypectomy techniques.
